Terms of Service

For Candidate Interviews — Audio Recording + AI Processing · Last updated: December 9, 2025

By checking the box and proceeding with the interview, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not continue with the interview.

1. Use of AI interviewing system

Your interview may be conducted, in whole or in part, by automated Artificial Intelligence ("AI") systems. These systems may evaluate your responses, generate insights, or create summaries for review by HappyFleet or its partners.

AI systems may make mistakes or misinterpret responses. HappyFleet is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or misunderstandings that may occur during automated evaluation.

2. Consent to audio recording and transcription

By participating in this interview, you give clear, express, and voluntary consent for HappyFleet to:

  • Record the audio of your interview
  • Transcribe your audio into text
  • Process the audio and transcript using automated systems, including AI
  • Store these recordings and transcripts for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy

This consent applies regardless of the U.S. state or jurisdiction in which you or HappyFleet are located, including states that require all-party consent (e.g., CA, FL, PA, WA, MD, IL).

If you do not consent to audio recording and transcription, you must not continue with the interview.

3. Information you provide

You may be asked questions about your background, experience, availability, skills, and job preferences. You consent to HappyFleet collecting and storing this information for evaluation and job-matching purposes.

4. Data retention and future consideration

You agree that HappyFleet may retain your interview information (including audio recordings and transcripts) for the purposes of:

  • Matching you to current or future work or gig opportunities
  • Workforce marketplace creation
  • Compliance, verification, and fraud prevention
  • Training, improving, and auditing our AI systems
  • Communication regarding future roles, onboarding, or training

You may request deletion of your recordings or account data by emailing support@happyfleet.ai, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. No guarantee of employment

Participation in this interview does not guarantee employment, engagement, onboarding, or any future placement.

6. Consent to electronic communication

You agree to receive communications (email, SMS, phone, app notifications) regarding this interview, job opportunities, and onboarding steps.

7. Privacy & security

We take reasonable steps to secure your information. No system is completely secure. You provide information at your own discretion. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptance of terms

By checking the box and continuing with the interview, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms
  • You consent to the audio recording, transcription, storage, and processing of your interview
  • You agree to HappyFleet's use of data as described here and in the Privacy Policy
